# 7 Be a lover of books

Welcome! I’m Omkar Shinde.

Would you like to know the secret of becoming a lover of books?
It is something quite exciting. It has been said: “One who read, leads”. True indeed! If you are keen on leading, the main pre-requisite is that you fall in love with books, for you will find in them not merely words and sentence but the faces of great men and women who have much to impart to you.

It is my ambition to say in ten sentence what others say in whole books.

Take a book of your choice, make up your mind to read it from cover to cover. As you commence reading, enter into a deeply significant dialogue with the persons who are involved in the book, get in touch with their experiences and their sensitiveness, allow them to talk to you. Pause periodically to enjoy the various experiences as long as you wish and let those experiences speak to you. And when you come across thoughts that might offer you a quality lift, feed them into the computer of your mind and now and again press the memory key to allow these thoughts to advance further in leading you. Once you get interested in reading, you may find it difficult to keep away from the new friends you are encountering along the way! It is exactly then that you would need to programme a schedule for daily reading and abide by it.
Keep supporting and think to change your and others life. And find better way to live a life.
