Trust yourself

# 4 Trust yourself

Welcome! I’m Omkar Shinde.

Today this content is all about trust on yourself. Trust in self is gradually built on the experience during the formative years of life. A hug from the mother or an embrace from the father and a short walk holding grandpa’s hands, etc. This are powerful moments of rich experience that communicate the message to the child that he/she is worth our admiration.

Trust yourself,  you know more than you think.

When the early years of life are marked with positive experience, then trust is automatically built up in the child. If parents and adults are capable of allowing the child to perform certain tasks according to the child’s ability, such a child will grow up acquiring that sense of trust and confidence in self. Moments of discouragement and a sense of unworthiness are part and parcel of life. In such moments, encouragement from parents and significant adults can produce unimaginable effects. Reflection on past achievements would be another meaningful way to build up trust in one’s self.

Keep supporting and think to change your and others life. And find better way to live a life.

Thank you.
