So as mentioned above today we are going to discuss about how to overcome from worrying. The starting point to eradicate worry is to pluck up courage and get down to the root cause of worry. Now, this could indeed be a tremendous and strenuous task – a task that calls for much clarity of thoughts, and courage to face the truth. Once the root cause of worry is identified, you’ve got to have courage to call it by proper name (jealousy, fear, failure, afraid to cut a poor image, etc.). 
Worrying is like paying a debt you don't owe. 

This done, take a piece of paper and write down what it is that worry brings you. Consider one event or experience over which you worried – for example, a failure in some exam. Worry it’s up the worrier. A worry person is so much buried within his/her problem that it becomes almost impossible to see anything beyond the worry.
 The ability to develop inner listening skills will pay dividends at this stage. The more these skills are developed, the better the person aware of what is going on within. Forging ahead and focusing attention on the present realities are yet other ways of overcoming worry.
Remember, worry is not worth as it literally corrodes your entire system. Instead, plunge into something more worthwhile, creative and productive – and watch your life undergo a sea – change!
