Hello friends!... Today we are going to talk about “Fear” and “Worries”.
Eager to know how to conquer fears and worries? Trust in God!
Fears and worries, to some extent, are normal part of life, though the cause of this does need to be identified. However, touching this real wound is hurtful; but one day or the other, you need to touch it. Pluck up courage and do it – and do it now. Once the root cause is marked out, begin the healing process. If the root cause is attachments, then try to live a serene life. Make your demands as less as possible. Replace your fears and worries with confidence and trust.
For example, if you are worried about getting through a tough exam, do all you can to prepare well and when fears wells up with you, replace it gradually with confidence. Try to imagine yourself coming out successfully through the exam.

Worry does not empty of it's sorrow, it empties today of its strength. 

In most cases you get what you expect. When you are aware of spending time over fears and worries, try to talk it over with someone in whom you have confidence, someone who can indicate ways to overcome them. Finally, get convinced that you are not alone, you are surrounded by friends and dear ones on whom you can count. Don’t forget that your God is a God who loves you and cares for you. He won’t let you carry your fears and worries alone. He is with you.
